Business Development, Consulting or Promotions is a complex process which requires in-depth analysis of project requirement(s) and at times when we receive the consultation requests, the action plan is usually not defined or is quite discrete. Our Panel Consultants on the basis of initial requirement summary, undergo the initial analysis of project and arrange a “Call with Consultant” or “Email the Custom Analysis”. This supports the client to get the basic understanding and road-map to his requirement and based on this we further initiate the process. The preliminary analysis without the involvement of 4P of Marketing Mix (Price, Product, Promotion, and Place) and 4C of Marketing (Customer or Consumer Value, Cost, Convenience, and Communication) at times is not accurate, but it helps client understand the outline scope of project.
